1. Service Description
TagMe Connections provides digital business card services, including:
- Physical NFC-enabled business cards
- Digital business card creation and management
- Contact information sharing through tap technology
- Online platform for card customization
- Customer support and technical assistance
Our services are available exclusively to customers in Canada. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Be a resident of Canada
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Process
All orders are subject to acceptance by TagMe Connections. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of these Terms
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship exclusively within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping method selected. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
4. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery
- Obtain a return authorization number
- Return the product in original condition and packaging
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including contact information, images, and other materials used in your digital business card. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Prohibited Content

- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Violates privacy rights of others
- Is spam or unsolicited commercial content

All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and products are owned by TagMe Connections or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.
